Corny

Do you know, you are very probably the funniest person in my life. Seriously. Your cornball sense of humor? It's not just up my alley, it IS my alley.

Is it an appropriate reaction to a real groaner to have your heart melt? Because that happens to me, every time. Do you remember, you dropped that pun a few weeks ago? It was noticed that I groaned, that I was the only one who reacted at all. Lol. Caught! But I couldn't help it. It was my natural reaction.

There's been once or twice you've tossed a joke my way and I know I've whiffed my response… I wish I were better at that, but you know on at least one of those occasions… I was just awestruck. I mean. I'm always awestruck at you, but… I was too busy marveling… How is it possible for these amazingly corny jokes, seemingly aimed straight at my funny bone, to be coming from a woman who is, hands down, the most beautiful, warmest, friendliest, most amazing woman in my life? How can the package be that complete? It boggles the mind.

I think… I think if I could get even just one of those corny jokes tossed my way, like, once every couple weeks or something… I could die a happy man. And that is no joke. So, how about it? Text me, email me, leave me a voice mail, or hell just stop by… It will always be welcome.
